I’m so grateful to share my journey with you! I’m a Certified Optavia Coach and a Certified Health Coach in Nutrition through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), as well as a Certified Menopause Specialist. I’m also on track to become Board Certified in Nutrition in 2025—a milestone I’m so excited about! My heart is in helping people feel their best by building sustainable, healthy habits that fit seamlessly into their lives. Whether it’s navigating menopause, balancing hormones, or simply finding more energy and joy, I’m here to guide you through every step of your wellness journey.

I remember feeling so tired, dreading the thought of keeping my sweet granddaughter for more than a day, especially without her momma around to help chase after her! But now? I’m down 7️⃣2️⃣ pounds in less than a year, thanks to this amazing program, and I feel like I’ve turned back the clock 20 years! 🙌Now I can keep her for weeks at a time, play, laugh, and chase her around without ever feeling worn out. In fact, I’ve lost more weight than my little two-year-old granddaughter weighs! 🥰For any of you who feel the years catching up and wonder if there’s a way to feel this good again, I’m here to tell you it’s possible! Let’s keep up with those grandbabies together and feel as young as we did before. 💪💖
