Hi, I’m Kris Lowe
Back in June of 2015, I was overweight, recovering from my 2nd Knee Replacement, struggling with pain from Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue, with little hope for a healthier future. Getting out of bed each day was a struggle, mentally and physically. I was an elementary music teacher and professional violinist at the time, both demanded much of my time and energy. Fast forward to 2020 . I am beyond grateful when I look back at who I was in 2015 and the choice I made to change my life. It all started with taking control of my nutrition and weight. After I decided to take care of myself all kinds of possibilities unveiled themselves. I set out on a quest to see how else I could change my life and create my future with intention. Now my faith, family, friends, fitness, fun, fellowship and finances have been restored beyond my greatest expectations! –Did you catch that they all started with the letter “f”? I decided to turn my passion for helping others into my motivation for reaching even more lives for Joy! I show up differently when I focus on what brings me joy. I know you will too! I want Daily Healthy Habits to not only to inspire transformation, but equip you and those around you with the knowledge and support you need to achieve it! Imagining what would be possible if you said ‘Yes!’ to yourself? Picture what your life would look like a year from now if you take time each day to focus on you. I am so grateful to be able to guide you on your journey to a happier, more fulfilled, and faithful life!
