Amazing Lean and Green Recipe! Easy to make!
- 18.75 ounces Ground Beef
- 13/4 cup Green Peppers
- 3 Cups Riced Cauliflower
- 2 Cups Shredded reduced fat Jack Cheese
- 2 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Brown ground beef, add onions and peppers until tender. Add in drained-well tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Add in riced cauliflower. Heat through. Turn off heat, mix in cheese to melt.
