Stuff Pepper Skillet

Amazing Lean and Green Recipe! Easy to make!

  • 18.75 ounces Ground Beef
  • 13/4 cup Green Peppers
  • 3 Cups Riced Cauliflower
  • 2 Cups Shredded reduced fat Jack Cheese
  • 2 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  1. Brown ground beef, add onions and peppers until tender. Add in drained-well tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Add in riced cauliflower. Heat through. Turn off heat, mix in cheese to melt.
